I’ve been burned out and exhausted by a job that left me with little energy left for my family - much less my health.  The downside is that I fell into the trap of creating some nasty habits that end up sabotaging my creativity (and my health). I actually needed to create the business and dream life I LOVED.

If you can relate, I suggest ditching the job sooner rather than later before you kill any of the momentum you would have otherwise had you shifted to your new role as CEO.
